Matthew Long

Founder and President

Matthew Long is the Founder and President of Husky Senior Care and Longhouse Adult Family Homes. During college, Matt served as a caregiver for a senior with Parkinson's disease and as a night manager for a Sunrise Senior Living community in Seattle. Matt founded Husky Senior Care and Longhouse to provide a muscular ally for seniors who want to stay in household environments.

Education

Matt has both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master’s Degrees from the University of Washington. As a graduate student, he taught at UW for three years. He is also an active member of the Homecare Association of America and the Adult Family Home Council.
